What is a milestone mini?
Held in my cozy, minimalistic studio in Fisher, IL, these 15-minute sessions are simple, stress-free, and perfect for busy families who want timeless portraits without the fuss.

A: Milestone Minis are designed for children ages 3 months through high school seniors. Whether your baby is just starting tummy time or your teen is prepping for senior year, this session is meant to celebrate them as they are right now.
Q: What ages are these sessions for?
A: All sessions are held in my bright, naturally styled studio in Fisher, IL, with soft whites and neutral tones that keep the focus on your child.
Q: Where do these sessions take place?
A: Simplicity is key! Neutral tones, soft textures, and no logos or bright patterns photograph beautifully in this clean space. I’m happy to help you choose something from home—or you can use my studio wardrobe options for babies and toddlers.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Your session includes 3 hand-edited digital images of your choice. You'll receive a proofing gallery to make your selections, with the option to purchase more if you'd like.
Q: How many photos will we get?
A: These sessions are designed to focus on one child at a time. If you'd like sibling photos or more variety, consider reserving 2 sessions back to back to allow enough time for a wider variety of images. I’d also be happy to chat about a full session option.
Q: Can siblings be included?
A: Booking is easy! Click the “Reserve Your Spot” button, select your date and time, and submit the $75 non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
Q: How do I book?
A: Totally normal—and totally okay. These sessions are child-led, meaning I’ll follow their pace and personality to capture what feels most natural. Some of the sweetest moments come from just letting kids be themselves.
Q: What if my child isn’t in the mood?
You’re here because you know how quickly they grow. You feel it every time they outgrow a onesie, say something new, or flash a different smile. You want to remember this stage—not just how they look, but who they are right now.
That’s what Milestone Minis are all about.
You don’t need to plan a big shoot. You don’t need the perfect outfit. You just need 15 minutes, and I’ll take care of the rest.
