Brittney and Josh’s wedding at The Venue CU was stunning, and I was honored to be a part of their special day. This was yet another wedding at this beautiful venue, and I can say that it truly is one of the best places to get married.
I was in love with Brittney and Josh’s colors of sky blue, ivory, and natural green. Brittney’s dress was one of the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen, and the open back added a modern twist on the classic silhouette. We did photos at the Venue CU and Helms Park which were breathtaking with the natural light and greenery.
Brittney and Josh added their own unique spin to the first look and did a first prayer instead. Brittney did a first look with her brother who also walked her down the aisle while Josh and his mom had a beautifully touching first look moment that I was so happy to be able to capture. Having those intimate moments before the ceremony was very important for this couple! After the beautiful ceremony, Brittney and Josh had a reception filled with dancing, laughter, and love. I wish Brittney and Josh the absolute best, and I know they are going to have a wonderful, happy life together.

Wedding photographs should tell the full story: the candid joy; the family photos grandma loves; the dance photos that leave everyone feeling connected long after the music stops playing…we get to know each other throughout the planning process – that’s why every package comes with engagement photos as well. So by your wedding day, we’re old friends, you’re comfortable with my camera, and your moments are genuine and never forced.
